TurningHTM Industrial Partner has CNC lathes capable of machining workpieces with a maximum diameter of Ø 960mm and a maximum length of 3.2 metres.
These CNC machines have driven tools so that hole patterns and/or slots can be applied in a single fixture.
We also have hydraulic glasses up to around 520mm.
MillingFor larger milling jobs, HTM Industrial Partner has a number of milling machines, including a block bed milling machine, type Sachman MX 1000 for machining products up to 6 metres long, and a Lagun G Master MMT 3 RT with an 1100 mm x 1500 mm controlled table, automatically controlled head and tool change. We can also perform 5-axis Simultaneous milling on a Matec 30HV with a length of 4 metres.

As of the 18th of March 2014 the Brandt FMI activities will continue as a sister subsidiary of the PM-Group, located in Almere, The Netherlands. This top quality is achieved through a multi-rotating brush head with eight abrasive flap brushes that deburr uniformly and round the edges of the metal perfectly. CHANGE OF PURPOSE

Als Assemblagemedewerker verzorg je zelfstandig de montage van onze productie-onderdelen volgens de montage instructies waaraan hoge kwaliteitseisen gesteld worden. Hierbij heb je te maken met repeterende producten in series van circa 20 stuks met de nodige varianten, maar ook enkel stuks zul je voorbij zien komen. Als Slijper ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het slijpen van uiteenlopende producten van verschillende materialen op gewenste tolerantie en ruwheid voor onze klanten. Je kunt zelfstandig de juiste keuze maken in het type slijpsteen die nodig is voor het specifieke materiaal. Tekeningen lezen begrijp je als geen ander, zodat je de juiste aanpak uitvoert om de producten volgens tekening te kunnen produceren. Je bent in staat om slijpprocessen te optimaliseren en goed vast te leggen voor repeat orders.

Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan voornamelijk uit het vullen en beheren van het ERP en PLM-systeem. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het analyseren van voor- en nacalculaties, het opzetten en beheren van productieroutes inclusief bijbehorende documentatie en expertise op het gebied van item en revisiebeheer. Dit doe je natuurlijk volgens de eisen en normen van de klant.
Verder ben je bezig met het uitvoeren van risicoanalyses binnen het werkvoorbereidingsproces en het calculeren ten behoeve van offertes. Daarnaast geef je technische ondersteuning aan de productie en het bedrijfsbureau.
Tot slot neem je deel aan intern werkoverleg en signaleer je onveilige situaties.
