Restart of the formerly Bauhuis group b.v. by HTM technologies B.V.

With pleasure we can inform you of the restart of the activities of the formerly Bauhuis group b.v. . From the 20th of December, 2021 onwards the activities of Bauhuis industrial partner B.V. are taken over by HTM technologies B.V. .

The activities of Bauhuis machinefabriek B.V. will carry on unchanged but the company will become part of a group of companies consisting of several machine building companies which each their international position. Part of this group are for example, Inmaco Solutions (www.inmaco.nl) and Hoppmann Solutions (www.hoppmann.nl).

The name Machinefabriek Bauhuis B.V. will be replaced by Bauhuis solutions B.V.   The name of Bauhuis Industrial partner B.V. will change to HTM-IP B.V. The complete production of both HTM-IP B.V. and Bauhuis solutions B.V. will stay at the present location at the Wheedwarsweg 4 in Goor, the Netherlands.

With the takeover of the Bauhuis-IP activities, HTM Technologies will consist of 4 divisions, which all operate worldwide:
