Work preparation

We transform customer drawings in end products. The projects starts with a request from a customer. Drawings are reviewed, planning is done and all necessary instructions are reviewed with the team. All is implemented by industry-related and standardized guidelines (ISO-NEN)

HTM PSM works with a well-developed ERP system to manage the workflow and improve productivity. Due to our flat and well-structured organization, we have quick and effective communication. This also counts for the way we inform customers during preparation and production.

Certified welding techniques

MIG Welding (GMAW):

In metal-inert-gas (MIG) welding is suitable for unalloyed and low-alloyed welding of structural steel and aluminium alloys.

TIG Welding (GTAW):

TIG welding is suitable for stainless steels and aluminium and nickel. With this method we guarentee the highest quality of results.

Spot welding:

(Resistance) Spot welding contains the process of welding two or more metal sheets together.

Stud welding:

Stud weldign is complete fastening system for sizes and shapes for a wide range of applications. A fast, precise and secure technique.

Time Savers 42 RB rotary brush machine

For ultimate deburring, finishing, edge rounding, laser oxide and heavy slag removal.

The 42 RB brush machine offers the solution for manufacturers who supply premium quality products. This top quality is achieved through a multi-rotating brush head with eight abrasive flap brushes that deburr uniformly and round the edges of the metal perfectly. This machine can achieve a radius of 2 mm on mild steel and even more on softer material like aluminium.

HISTORY HTM PSM

HISTORY

2020: Rebranding to HTM PSM (Precision Sheet Metal), part of HTM Technologies.

2012: The advanced sheet metal activities of the Tecnovia Group will continue under the name PM-PSM and directly capital investments in high-tech equipment have been made.

2007: Company name PSM changed into Tecnovia PSM B.V. Van den Akker company name changed into Tecnovia vd Akker.

2000: Van den Akker and PSM merged under one owner.

1993: PSM is founded as a separation from Thales Nederland, an electronics company active in the fields of aviation, defence and information technology.
